Karen Fagan

May 11, 1967 - June 11, 2017

It is with great sorrow to announce that Karen Fagan lost her fight with Leukaemia Lymphoma on June 11 2017 at the time of 11:30pm, where she was surrounded by her family at Trillium Health Hospital. Karen passed at the age of 50, and she is survived by her two kids, Sean and Alrenee and here siblings. Karen was a humble soul and will be greatly missed, thank you to all at Trillium who cared for her till her last days.

From the day I met Karen I knew there was something special about her. Your kindness, meekness, laughter and honesty will forever be in our hearts. She has left a legacy behind that will never be forgotten. We should all take a page from her life to enhance our lives. I am so glad to have met you. I have learned some much from you. Karen you will be truly missed. May your soul rest in peace.
