It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kam Foung Chan, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Kam was the proud owner of Rice Bowl restaurant in Moncton, New Brunswick, which was a family owned business.
Kam is survived by his loving wife, Tuoi Won Chan; his sons, William Chan (Jocelyn) and Douglas Chan (Denise); and his cherished grandsons, Joshua and Maverick. He is predeceased by his parents, Doo Chung Chan and Zah You Mah.
Kam was a kind and generous soul, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His love for his family was unwavering, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will be held at Pine Hills Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario on May 24th at 9:00 to 11:00 to celebrate Kam's life and legacy and burial service will follow
