June 21, 1930 -  September 12, 2017

RAMALHO, Junita "June" (DaSilva), age 87 of Toronto ON passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 12th, 2017 with Tony, her loving husband of 67 years and son by her side.

Born on June 21st, 1930 in Georgetown, Guyana to John Paul and Rose Cecilia DaSilva, June is survived by husband Tony; sons David, Geoff, and Gary; daughter in law Carol (Geoff); son in law Jim (Judy); 5 granddaughters; 1 great grandson; 1 great grandbaby on the way; sister Claire; and many extended family members and friends. June is predeceased by daughter Judy, brother Jerry, daughter in law Kathy (Gary), and brother in law Cyril (Claire).

June was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved everyone in her life with her whole heart, and that love knew no bounds. Her unwavering grace, love and strength will sorely be missed but will forever remain in our hearts.

Visitation will be at Pine Hills Cemetery on Monday September 18th from 10am-12pm, followed by a reception from 12-2pm, and internment at 2pm.
