With family by his side Joe passed away on Oct 8th, 2021 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Dearly loved husband to Brenda. Proud father of his beautiful daughters Joanne (Rich) and Karen (Ray). Much loved poppa to Lauren, Taylor, Evan, Brydon, Maddy and Aidan.

Joe was born in Montreal and moved to Ontario in his teens. He worked as a welder for Texaco and then Esso until his retirement.

After retirement he was fortunate to be able to spend more time doing what he loved. Fishing out on Lake Ontario, taking care of his vegetable garden and spending more time at his beloved cottage on Whalley Lake where he will be sadly missed by many old friends.

Joe was a die hard Maple Leafs fan and rarely missed watching a game. He loved hockey and it gave him great pleasure to watch his grandson's Evan, Brydon and Aidan out on the ice.

Joe was extremely proud of his family and he will be deeply missed by us all.

Due to current gathering restrictions a private family service will be taking place.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
