Passed away at his home in Fort McMurray, Alberta on July 30, 2019 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Gail Schwarz (2005). Always loved and remembered by his children Brian Schwarz and the late Erika Morton (2007). Loving papa of Autumn Schwarz and Joshua Morton and 2 great grandchildren. Brother to Erika, Helmut, Boldi, Mariannae and Fredl all of Austria. Friends will be received at Thornton Funeral Center 1200 Thornton Rd.N. Oshawa on Thursday August 8, 2019 from 10:00-11:00. Funeral service at 11:00 in the Thornton Chapel, followed by internment in Thornton Cemetery.

Joe was a very sweet and kind person. He was one that really enjoyed his crib night out with the rest of us. He will truly be missed by the crib players. May he Rest In Peace. Our deepest sympathy to the family. Remember all the good memories, we will.
