In memory of

Jordan Robert Morphet

August 8, 1984 -  April 30, 2022

Jordan Robert Morphet was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and nephew. He left this world suddenly on April 30, 2022.

He met his wife, Tara Morphet during high school and they built a life together that included two beautiful children, Logan “Lo”, “Lolo” and Charlotte, “Beanie”, “Charlie”, “Chuckles”.

Jordan was charismatic and left an indelible mark on everyone he met. His smile and laughter would light up a whole room. He will always be remembered a wonderful man and a great friend to all.

Jordan loved FAMILY. He cherished his times at the cottage with the whole family and sitting by the campfire, taking his dog Hudson for walks. Jordan took pride in being able to fix anything.

Jordan is survived by his wife, Tara Morphet; his children, Logan and Charlotte; his mother Linda Morphet and her partner, Toomas Ounapuu; his father, Michael Morphet; his much loved brother Matthew Morphet; his very special sister Rebecca Joy Morphet and her husband, Michael Markslag, his two nephews, Cole and Cameron Marslag and his furry best friend, Hudson.

This is for my special boy, a wonderful man, as loved
as one could be
for you were everything in life
you meant the word, you see
And sometimes life can be unkind
when hearts are torn in two
but nothing ever could compare
to the pain of losing you
But all the love you left behind, forever will live on
and so until we meet again rest
peacefully Jordo
I love you forever

On behalf of the whole Tooke Lake cottage family, we send our sincere heartfelt sympathy to Linda, Toomis and family on the loss of such a wonderful young man. Jordan loved the cottage and we all loved him. We will miss his enthusiasm, infectious smile and eagerness to help everyone and anyone. His joyfulness will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Jordan, my son
It's sometimes hard to know
why somethings happen as they do
for so much joy and happiness
was centered around you

It seems so hard to comprehend
that you're no longer here
but all the happy memories
will help to keep you near.

You're thought about with pride, Son
with each mention of your name
death cannot change a simple thing
my love will still remain.

I love you Jordan
