John (Jack) Francis Duffy, 89, died peacefully on Wednesday May 8, 2019 at Brampton Civic Hospital. Father of Wayne (Rhonda), Sharon (John), Barry, Glen (Eileen), Rick (Karyne). Papa of Sarah, Tara (Dan), John, Nicole (Ryan), Jeff (Anna), Cameron, Caroline, Ryan, Evan, Zak & Kali. Great-Papa (G-Papa) to twelve beautiful great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Monday May 13, 2019 at Meadowvale Cemetery from 1-2pm. The service in the chapel will then take place at 2pm. Burial to follow directly after.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
