Man of God, friend to all.

John's family is grateful for the love, support and prayers that have been shared through this year-long journey.
Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of John's life will take place at a future date, when travel restrictions have eased.
Sympathy may be expressed through donations to:

John shared this thought with his four Grandchildren: "Love never dies."
Rest In Peace, Dear John.

To Ann and all the family, my sincerest sympathies at this time. Just seems like yesterday we were all playing at the AYPA at St Georges.

We were more acquaintances but I always remember John had a nice smile for me when we passed on campus

My sincere condolences. I have many memories of John when he was a student at Bishop's. My father, as you know, was very fond to him. So long ago but happy thoughts.

So very sad to hear this news. John was such a kind, friendly, and genuine man. He could make anyone smile just by walking into a room. His presence was so uplifting and refreshing, despite life’s struggles. I am grateful for being able to get to know John. The staff at Mount Sinai Hospital feel so saddened by this loss and will miss him very much. Sending love and strength to his loved ones during this time.
