Julie Fernandes (John and Cathy’s daughter - I know it has been a while … it used to be the highlight of my year when your mom was my supply teacher ❤️)
So sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Our prayers are with you and your family at this time of loss. May he live on in your many memories.
AnneMarie, Richard & Michael:
Joachim lived life to the fullest. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed gardening, and took pride in growing vegetables, fruits and even flowers which he shared with others, He dedicated a lot of his time and skills to the Guyana Christian Charities. May all the beautiful memories be a comfort to you and your families. He will be missed by many. RIP in peace.

I met Richard at St. Lawrence Catholic School when I was 9 years old in 1975 and we have been close friends ever since. I met the whole family that year and have always felt welcomed and accepted by them. I learned a lot of life lessons from him and always felt grateful that he bought those ATVs and he took me with Richard and Mike to have some fun on several occasions. I always appreciated his frankness and down to earth simplicity. He was interested in hard work, integrity and taking care of his family. He is loved by many and will be missed by many and he made a very positive impact with his life. May in rest in peace. Mario & Michele Gomes
