I send my condolences to Jim’s family and friends. I am sorry I cannot attend the memorial. Unfortunately we are on vacation at this time. I remember Jim with great affection and respect. Jim was a warm and caring person. He was always up to the task at hand but he cared deeply for the people he was working with. I remember his calm and easy manner. He was loved and respected by all of us at Global. I am honoured that I worked with Jim. May he Rest In Peace.

You could not copy Jim. Nor his persona or instinctive talent.. Sad news indeed.

Valerie, I'm thinking of you. I'm so sorry to hear of you loss — my condolences to you and the family. I only met Jim a few times and what I easily remember is how open and warm he was.

Simply put, Jim was one of the good guys. I loved the open and sincere warmth of the man. I will miss his friendship but will always smile when remembering my good friend.

Most of all, I believe I will miss “Jim Hugs”…. It would always leave me feeling like a 3 year old being hugged by his mother.
