Jessie lived her life to the fullest, completing her Nursing degree at Brockville General Hospital in 1954 and proudly cared for patients until she retired in 1992. Jessie spent much of her retirement enjoying golf which she excelled at and was proud of her numerous trophies and tournament wins. Jessie also enjoyed music, dancing as well as travel. Along with many trips throughout Canada, US, Caribbean, and a special trip to Europe she thoroughly enjoyed many winters spent in Florida with family and friends where she was able to hit the links, and the malls throughout the nasty Canadian winters.
Jessie will be missed by her many friends who will remember her as their friend who was always up for a get together whether it be for an evening out to the theater, concert, dinner, dance or gatherings for cards and companionship.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Those wishing, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
