It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jerzy Swiezawski, age 78, on Aug 21, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on September 12, 1946 in Ketrzyn, Poland, Jerzy (Jacek) lived a full life marked by love, kindness, and dedication to his family. He will be remembered for his quiet but steady presence, dedication to family and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him.

Jerzy is survived by his wife Anna, his children Marcin, Magda, Ewa and seven beloved grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Katarzyna, Monika and Pawel and many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory. He was predeceased by his parents Tadeusz and Elzbieta.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27 at 16:00-20:00 at The Simple Alternative - Mississauga, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga, ON L4W 5J1.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Trillium Health Partners Foundation in his memory.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to family and friends for their compassion and support.

Jerzy will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
