In memory of

Jean Choi Chun Gee 朱余彩珍太夫人

March 5, 1935 -  December 25, 2023

In loving memory of Jean Choi Chun Gee (née Yee), age 88, who passed away peacefully on December 25, 2023, surrounded by her devoted family. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, survived by her husband of 64 years, Randy Yim Fau, 5 children, Susan (Clement), Joyce (John), Queeny (Volt), Sandra and Raymond (Susanna), 11 grandchildren Jason (Billie), Christopher (Faye), Amanda, Matthew, Thomas, Julianna, Ryan, Natalie, Elise, Andrew, Michael, and 1 great-grandchild, Nolan.

Her faith in Jesus Christ guided her through joy and challenges alike. Jean was dedicated to her family and found immense joy in cooking and baking for her many family gatherings and tending to her vibrant garden of Chinese melons and vegetables. Jean and Randy shared a mutual love of travel and spent their retirement years travelling with their friends and family. Jean touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her spirit lives on in the memories of those fortunate enough to have been blessed to have her in their lives.

Her family wishes to thank Dr. Patricia Disperati and all the staff in the Oncology/Hematology Department, the doctors and staff in the Emergency Department, the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the Palliative Care Unit at Michael Garron Hospital for the exceptional care Jean received. Thank you also to Pastor Mary Lee and the congregation from the Chinese Presbyterian Church.

In lieu of flowers please consider donating in memory of Jean Gee to the Michael Garron Hospital Foundation (https://www.mghf.ca/ways-give) or Chinese Presbyterian Church via e-transfer to treasurer@torontocpc.com specifying "In memory of Jean Gee" in the notes.

In Loving Memory of Aunt Jean,

Aunt Jean was an extraordinary woman, and her presence will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Even though we might not have a lot of time together, we would always have a good chat whenever we had the chance. I will always remember her warm smile and kind heart.

Rest in peace, dear Aunt Jean, You will be deeply missed, but your love will forever guide us.
