James "Jim" Norman

November 7, 1943 -  July 22, 2025

Jim passed away peacefully with family by his side on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2025, at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga, in his 82nd year.

Beloved husband to Ann Marie. Loving father to Stephanie (Mike) and Michelle (George). Cherished grampa to James Norman (Emily), Jesse James (Nicole), Wyatt, Katie and great grampa to Abby and Walton. Brother to Tom (Donna). Brother-in-law to John (Linda), Wayne, Glenn, and Michelle (Russ). Predeceased by his mother, Doris Norman. He will be remembered by many loving nephews and nieces, and a lot of good friends and all who knew him.

Jim was a lifelong owner-operator in the Trucking Industry. He was a man of much Pride and Strong Character. Jim was always happiest when "Flying" in the Red Rocket Falcon.

He was an inspiration to many and a hero to some of us.

Long May You Run, Mr. Jimmy.

Family and Friends will be received at THE SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE- MISSISSAUGA 1535 South Gateway Road (at Dixie Road, two lights south of Eglinton) 905-602-1580 on Saturday August 2, 2025, for a visitation from 12 – 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Jim’s honour would be appreciated by the family.
