It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James. The son of Alice and David Lynch. Born and raised in the beautiful Island of Bell Island Newfoundland.
James passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital after a long and very courageous battle with cancer.
He was surrounded by his loving wife of 49 years Barbara Lynch (Hurst) and their children; David, Kim (Steve), Shannon (Darryl) and their grand children and his great-grand child.
The family would like to send a heart felt thank you to the extended family and friends who live near and far, for the loving support they have provided during this difficult time and have made his journey peaceful.

The family would also like to express their sincere gratitude for the staff of Sunnybrook Odette Centre and the nurses; Katherine, Patty and Christina, Dr Tabari.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Cancer society.

James was a hockey loving fan, especially Toronto Maple Leafs. In spirit of love hockey jerseys are optional on day of service.
