In memory of

Ian J. Pinto

July 4, 1942 -  June 16, 2025

It is with broken hearts that we say goodbye to our dearest Ian who died peacefully early morning on June 16th, after a short but rapid deterioration of his health.

He will be deeply missed by Christine, his wife of 48 years, his sons Richard and Keith, their spouses Michelle and Carly, his five grandchildren Hailey, Kyle, Makayla, Owen and Emma, and his nephew and nieces Dirk, Cherie and Dawn.

He was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and of the Society of Saint de Paul. Ian was a man of strong faith and principles. He had a sharp sense of humor, a love for the outdoors, baking, photography, art and travel.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated at Transfiguration of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church (45 Ludstone Dr. Etobicoke On. M9R 2J2) on Saturday June 21st. at 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul (240 Church St., Toronto, On. M5B 1Z2) or a charity of your choice will be appreciated.

Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your dearly beloved Ian.
Words will never fill that void but take comfort that you are in my prayers.
His delicious baking will surely be missed.
Take comfort in knowing that the God Lord will comfort you as he said in Matthew 5:4.
God bless
