A Letter From Heaven

When tomorrow starts without me,
and I am not here to see,
If the sun should rise and find your
eyes, filled with tears for me.

I wish so much you wouldn't cry,
the way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
we didn't get to say.

I know how much you love me,
as much as I love you,
And each time you think of me,
I know you'll miss me too.

When tomorrow starts without me,
don't think we're far apart,
For every time you think of me,
I am right there in your heart.

Although we could not speak the same language we managed to understand each other. You could always make me laugh and I always felt your love. Thank you for being a part of my life, you will be missed and remembered.

You like flowers!!! Well, you finally got your flowers.

Despite your old school beliefs and old school ways, I thank you and Elvira for opening up your minds and your hearts for accepting me and my children in your beautiful daughter's life and into your family's lives. You helped pave the way to much happiness into our lives. Without realizing it, you and Elvira were pioneers into the acceptability of 'different' family situations for your's and other generations to follow. In reflecting on our time together, I sincerely thank you for accepting my children and I in to all of your lives and introducing us to all of your family and friends. As a result, we have experienced so many things we never would have without you. You will be missed by many but forgotten by nobody. Please say hello to my parents when you see them. Until we meet again, viva Benfica! xo.

May fond memories of your Dad bring you comfort during this hard time. Look back on all the good memories you were able to have and smile at the fact that you were able to share these before hepassed away. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family.
