In memory of

温漢強先生 Hon Keung Wan

February 17, 1940 -  July 16, 2017

Hon Keung Wan born on February 17, 1940 in Canton, China, died peacefully on July 16, 2017 in Toronto, Ontario.

He is survived by his loving wife of almost 45 years, Peggy, his children Elaine (Michael) and Benny (Min), and his four grand-children Justin, Noah, Emma and Joshua.

He came to Canada in 1966 to pursue a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering at Concordia University in Montreal. He later moved to Toronto in 1977, and worked as a civil engineer until his retirement in 2005.

He was a caring family man, who enjoyed reading, always had a good appetite and loved travelling.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the North York General Hospital would be appreciated by the family, and can be arranged through this website.

In Memory of Our Dad

If we could write a story
It would be the greatest ever told
Of a kind and loving father
Who had a heart of gold

If we could write a million pages
But still be unable to say, just how
Much we love and miss him
Every single day

We will remember all he taught us
We're hurt but won't be sad
Because he'll send us down the answers
And he'll always be OUR DAD
