February 9, 1949 -  April 13, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Herliana this past Friday, April 13, 2018. She passed away peacefully in her sleep while at home surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of John Djoen Gwan Tan; Daughter of Suhardjana and Bobat; Mother of Desy (Ryan); Grandmother of BEllana, BRhianna and Natalia; Sister of Herliani, Sugiharto, Sapardi, Agus, Wan Nio and Neneng; Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Service and Burial will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 9:00am to 11:30am at Meadowvale Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 7732 Mavis Road, Brampton.
