It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Herbert Nathaniel James II also known as "Goofy, Herbie, Troops and Deedsy" on August 09 2024 at the age of 45.

Herbert was a beloved son and father, cherished brother and uncle, and dear cousin and friend.
Herbert's warmth and generosity touched many lives. His laughter and smile lit up rooms. He gave the best hugs. He will be missed greatly and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

I just wanted to send my condolences to the James family. Herbert was a childhood friend and although I we haven't seen each other in many years I still remember the fun tines we had as teenagers.
