Henry Shui Heung Tam

October 24, 1949 -  July 26, 2024

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Henry Shui Heung Tam, 74, on July 26, 2024. Born in Canton, China, he lived in Hong Kong before attending the University of Prince Edward Island. Graduating with a BBA, he was the first student in the program to win the prestigious Governor General's silver medal. He moved to Toronto, working at a firm that would eventually become Ernst & Young, he eventually founded his own accounting firm, H. Tam and Associates (now H. Tam and Partner) in 1980. Henry brought love into the lives of his family, and is survived by his brothers Tony and Yuen; sister Poly; and son Henson. To honour Henry's memory, a service will be held at York Cemetery and Funeral Centre at 160 Beecroft Road on Saturday, August 10. Visitation from 9-10am, followed by a Buddhist funeral ceremony.
