Helen’s family regrets to announce her death on September 14, 2018, with her family by her side. Helen was the loving wife of David, and proud mother of Sarah, Katherine, and Kevin. She was extremely close to her family and will be deeply missed by her father, Peter Chee Wan Cho, and her sisters Mimi Cho (Frank), Mary Cho, Shirley Cho (Bill), her nieces and nephews Edmond Chan (Jennifer), James Chan (Ning Ning), Dana Cho, Austin Cho-Wong, Nathan Smith, Evan Chan, and all extended family. Helen was pre-deceased by her mother Lai Chun Hui and her sister Margaret Chan (Ray).

Special thanks to Doctor Hajra, Doctor Lai, the incredible staff at the MSH Chemo Clinic, and the S.R.T. Med-Staff nurses who took such good care of Helen at home. It was Helen’s wish to be cremated. A reception for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Elgin Mills Funeral Centre, 1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen’s memory to Markham Stouffville Hospital will be appreciated.
