June 5, 1940 - October 27, 2018

Peacefully passed on Saturday October 27th, 2018 at his home at the age of 78. He will be missed by his loving wife Edith, companion of 60 years. Cherished father of Laura (Terry), Brent (Lisa) and Steven (Jennifer). Loving grandpa of Joshua, Michael, Avery, Nathan, Alex and Nicholas. He will be missed by his beloved sister Nancy, his lifelong friend Ken and all his extended family. Friends may call at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres – Pickering, 1057 Brock Rd., Pickering (905-686-5589) on Sunday, November 4th, 2018 from 10 am – 11 am with the service to begin at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society.

Remembering fondly the days in South Porcupine when everyone was excited to be up North. In the early days Harry would have to put up with me throwing fastballs to him in the backyard. Poor Edith had to put up with me being a brat all her life. (ha) Enjoyed visiting Bay Ridges with Harry getting angry at me drinking his beloved bottles of Coke. Always enjoyed Harry's intelligence, dry wit and the fact they brought up three great children who have went on to be great people and parents. Safe Travels Harry you will be missed very much
