In memory of

Harold Ince

January 20, 1930 -  November 17, 2017

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of a loving and caring father, grandfather and great grandfather, Harold Ince on Friday, November 17, 2017. Beloved husband of Delphina who predeceased him in 2005, he will forever be missed by all his children: Donna (Steven), Mary (Ronald), Joseph (Monica), Norma (James) and son John who predeceased him in 1995. He was a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Devoted brother to Ellen Stevenson and the late Irene Scott. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. He leaves behind many friends in Scarborough and South Pickering. He was a loyal employee of Ainsworth Electric retiring after 43 years of service. We were all most proud of our father’s commitment to his sobriety. Harold was an active member of the Pine Hills and Liverpool Groups of Alcoholics Anonymous for over 42 years, sponsoring and supporting many. Family and friends will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE (625 Birchmount Rd., north of St. Claims Ave. E.s, Scarborough, 416-267-8229) on Friday, November 24th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, November 25th at 11am with a Reception to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Society of Canada.
