Tong, Hannah Hing Wah, 83, returned to her heavenly home on June 26, 2018. Her Godly devotion to her family and her faith gave her strength and peace as she battled illnesses and outlived her doctor’s expectation by over 20 years.

Hannah, also well known as mammy, 老媽子, 皇太后, 嫲嫲, 婆婆, 十伯娘, 十𡞲, and Auntie, was blessed with a large and loving family. She doted on her children and grand children - feeding them with the most scrumptious dishes, sewing and knitting unique, fashion forward design statements that her grandkids were proud to wear...sometimes. Her specialty dishes - steamed anchovies and minced pork, ”ant climbing on tree”, Chow Mein, chicken drumsticks...and homemade hot sauce, are all inimitable, will forever be missed by her spoiled ones.

We miss her dearly. But, we celebrate the fact that she is free from pain is now at peace with her Creator. We sincerely want to celebrate her life...a bright, shining example of God’s love and a testimony of her Creator’s sovereignty.

She is survived by her husband, Siu Man Sang; her children Harris, Jackie, Terry, and Samson; her children-in-laws Cindy, Cheun Li, Pat, and Susanna; her grandchildren Tiffany, Abigail, Jake, Dustin, Esther, and Renata.

Come celebrate her life on Saturday July 7, 2018 at the York Cemetery. Visitation begins at 1:00pm and service at 2:00pm, with Reception following.
