In memory of

Gustavo 'Gus' Valentin Theodorakidis

February 6, 1964 -  January 2, 2024

Gustavo “Gus” Theodorakidis passed away on January 2, 2024.

Gus was a proud father of four amazing kids (as he liked to say): Alexandra (Owen), Nikolas (Nevetha), Fionn, and Cael. He had also recently welcomed his first grandchild, James, who brought him great joy over the last 3 months.

In addition to his children, Gus is survived by his loving partner, Patti, her children, Tyler and Kyle (Megan), and his siblings Maria (Barry) and Peter.

Gus had a larger than life personality and lit up any room he entered. He was the life of the party and his absence is intensely felt by all who knew him. We will miss his storytelling, his laugh, and his warm smile most of all.

A special thanks to Gus's work family at WestJet. He took great pride in his work and never wanted to leave a job unfinished.

We take comfort in knowing that Gus is reunited with his daughter Kaia, and his parents, Nick and Jimena.

As he wished, cremation has occurred and a celebration of life will be held in the spring. Details to follow.

Heartfelt condolences on the death of Gus. He had a fun personality and a great sense of humour. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by so many. My sense is that he will remained closely, spiritually, connected to his cherished family and friends. My heart goes out to his loving family at this sad time. Wishing peace, comfort and healing as you grieve. May he rest in peace.
