Gregory Victor Archee

March 3, 1964 -  March 17, 2019

ARCHEE, Gregory Victor –
After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Greg on Sunday March 17, 2019 at age of 55. He will be greatly missed by his wife Eliza, daughter's Arianne and Sierra, and his beloved dogs Turk and Colby. Greg will be lovingly remembered by his Father, brothers, nephews, nieces, extended family members and friends.

Please join Greg's family at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) for viewing on Sunday March 24th, 2019 from 5-9p.m. with eulogies and a Prayer Service beginning at 7pm. Funeral Service will be held on Monday March 25, 2019 at 10:00a.m with prayer service, closing of the casket, and burial at 11:00a.m.

A fundraising page has also been made to raise funds for Credit Valley Hospital's Carlo Fidani Peel Regional Cancer Centre in support of the oncology service. Funds raised will go towards providing safe, accessible patient care spaces, essential equipment and technology, and clinical research and education initiatives.

Our goal is to raise $15000 for the cancer centre. A memorial bench and plaque will also be placed in Greg's name in the Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Survivor Park located at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga.

I knew Greg as far back as grade school - we both went to Lord Landsdowne and later, both attended Harbord CI.
Greg was active in sports - I remember him being very active in both volleyball and basketball.
I also remember Greg smiling - he was always smiling.
I wasn't surprised when he starting dating Eliza in high school who also always smiled - in my mind, they were the smiling couple and were meant for each other.
Greg, I am certainly going to miss you...
