FRALICK, Grant Thomas
Passed away, with his loving wife by his side, on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in his 74th year. Beloved husband and soulmate of Donna for over 52 years. Loving dad of Christopher(Monica) and Lisa(Darrell). Adored pop of Michelle, Thomas and Clarissa. Grant will be dearly missed by sister in law Dawn(late Patrick). He also leaves behind “fur babies” Macy, Oban, Georgie, Dreamer and Jupiter. The Fralick family wish to express their sincere gratitude to the caring and compassionate nursing staff of C6 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for professionalism shown to Grant and his family. Visitation will take place at THORNTON FUNERAL CENTRE(1200 Thornton Road North 905-579-6787) on Tuesday, April 24 from 10am until time of memorial service in the Chapel at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for Princess Margaret Hospital.
