Graham Robert Muir

Our beloved Graham (Troy) Robert Muir Jr. passed away on December 11, 2021, at his home in Mississauga with his devoted wife and great life partner Marie (Fung Yee) Chan-Muir and 2 loving dogs at his side.

Graham was born December 31, 1944 in Toronto Ontario, the son of Graham Muir Sr. and Marjorie (nee Lindsay) Muir.

Graham graduated from the University of Toronto and went on to earn his MBA from York University. Applying this learnings he helped build the family business, however Graham's real passion was golf and travel. He was a member at Islington G&CC, Lambton G&CC and the Pulpit GC.

In addition to his wife, Graham is survived by his sister, Wendy Cheslea, his brother-in-law Tom Cheslea, niece, Cheryl Cheslea, nephews Ryan Cheslea, Jeff Cheslea and TJ Cheslea and grand-newphews Quin, Regan & Zaden.

Many thanks to his wonderful nurse care-giver friends Marcela, Sem and Divino.

I will always be thankful for having the opportunity in working for you. You made everyone feel like a family member. I will always remember coming into the office, while you were just finishing your daily exercises and sharing a quick witty remark.
We will all miss you...but I do know that we will cross paths again.

My deepest condolences to Marie Muir and the Cheslea Family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Graham a few yrs ago. He was already very ill. His devoted wife Fung Yee always took such good care of him and did not let his illness stop him from enjoying life. With the assistance of his wonderful nurses he was able to enjoy his life to the best of his ability. I only wish I had known him before he became sick. Fung yee took him every place. We even went to Disney together and Graham was able to experience some of the thrilling rides. I believe he knew how much he was loved by so many people. May his memory be a blessing.
