In loving memory of Giuseppe Covato who passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday, July 28, 2023 at Michael Garron Hospital.

Giuseppe was born on November 7, 1937 in Sicily, Italy.

Giuseppe will be deeply missed by his loving wife Rita (née Scopelliti) Covato, his children Vincenzo Covato, Angelina (Ronald) Dutrisac, Vittorio Covato (Nadine Brotherton), Antonio Covato (Sarah Day), cherished grandchildren & precious great grandchildren.

He is also survived by his sister Rosaria Musso as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended families.

Giuseppe was predeceased by his beloved daughter Giovanna Covato, who left this world too soon, his parents Angelina Covato (née Dimarco) & Vincenzo Covato, and several siblings.

The family will welcome family and friends at Pine Hills Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Road, Toronto, ON M1K 1R1) on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 6-8 p.m. & Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 10-11 a.m. Service on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Pine Hills Funeral Centre (625 Birchmount Road, Toronto, ON M1K 1R1).
