Getrude Fuchs

August 23, 1924 - August 1, 2025

Gertrude Fuchs (née Löb), loving wife of the late Josef Fuchs, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away surrounded by her family. Born on August 23rd, 1924, in Vienna, Austria, to Margarete Hanel and Ludwig Hermann Löb, Gertrude lived a life filled with love, family, and resilience.

Gertrude is survived by her children: Alden Fuchs (Doris Poulin) and Mark Fox (Sheila Fox née McGarry).

Her grandchildren include Zachary Fuchs; Dominique Shaw née Fuchs (Matthew Shaw), with great-grandchildren Teagen Shaw, Tinley Shaw, and Tylee Shaw; Amanda Fox (Cody Sellars), with great-grandchildren Greyson Sellars, Landon Sellars, and Alexis Sellars; and Jennifer Fox (Matthew Sohan) with great-grandchild Theodore Sohan.

Additionally, she cherished her step-grandchildren Audrey Morissette and Amy Morissette (Eric Villeneuve) with great-grandchild Enzo Villeneuve.

Gertrude's legacy is one of love, strength, and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her.
