Passed away peacefully on May 18, 2016 at Trillium Health Centre in Mississauga at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband of 54 Years Edgar and her children Desmond, Godfrey, Hazel and her son in law Rudy Grant. Loving mother of Charles (Margaret), Gwen, Phyllis, Desiree, Leonard and Cheryl. She will be missed by her 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. Thank you to all individuals who supported her, especially Able Living, Spectrum, Seniors Life Enhancement Centre, Diabetic Management Centre and Trillium Health Centre. Friends and family will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229), on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 11 a.m., at Saint Maria Goretti Parish ( 717 Kennedy Rd., south of Eglinton Ave. E.). Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
