It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George Michailidis to an unexpected and sudden illness of cancer. George passed away at Centenary Hospital in Scarborough on June 30, 2024, at the age of 60. Cherished life long partner to Cindy for 34 years, loving father to Katelyn and Christie, amazing Dedo to Jayden and Madison. He will also be missed by his son in law Robin, sister Mary (Peter) and many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Predeceased by father Germanos [2007] and mother Panajota [1992].

An avid life-long Toronto Maple Leafs fan, hockey player, golfer, and admirer of Bobby Orr. George always had a strong work ethic, loved to educate and lend a helping hand, but more importantly spent most of his days making memories with his grandkids. If you knew George, his grandkids were his pride and joy. He will always be in our hearts and watching over all of us.

God has gained another great angel, may he Rest In Peace.
