In memory of

Gayle Merilyn Brosseau

November 8, 1945 -  June 19, 2024

Passed away very suddenly at home, with her loving husband Ray Brosseau by her side, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 in her 79th year. Loving mother and grandmother of Jen McFarlane (Mike) and their children Ella and Oliver, the late Graham Sparrow (Caroline) and stepmother to Mark, Don (Paula), Ron (Jane) and Chris (Tina). Much loved sister of Don Pepper (Shelley) and the late Patsy Pepper. Affectionately called Aunt Gayle by her other grandchildren Randy, Leah, Raeanne, Robert, Jamie-Lynn, Amanda, Carmen, David, Anthony, Noah, Kennedy and her 7 great grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered by her many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Beloved wife of Ray for 24 years. Together they spent many summers at the lake, winters down south and year-round on the golf course. With an active social life, she never missed an opportunity to host a dinner party, organize ‘Seniors Olympics” with close friends or join a fitness class from Zumba in the park to leading an indoor “Walk a Pound” club on a rainy day.

Gayle was an incredibly sweet, kind, gentle soul who always saw the best in everyone. She had a green thumb like no other, and she never missed an opportunity to show off her latest sewing project.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the ALS Society of Canada.
