Gary William Thomas

God granted him peace on June 14, 2019 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences at the age of 76. Predeceased by parents Kathleen and Fredrick Thomas Cambridge Ontario.

Devoted husband of Linda, loving father of Michael - Pickering. Much loved brother of Wayne (Irene) - North Bruce Peninsula. God father of nephew Brent Thomas- Bright’s Grove. Uncle of Kristen Gillis -Dundas.

Gary will be greatly missed by his extended family Jenny, Pietro and Isabella, as well as his devoted dog Frenchie.

Gary's cherished memories were the summers spent on Little go home bay and with cottage neighbors who were always willing to give a helping hand.

Gary's career was centred in the health care field ranging from hospital management, home health business ownership, in addition to sales.

The family would like to send gratitude and great thanks to Dr. Zahirieh and staff at the kidney care clinic Sunnybrook health sciences for many years of excellent care coupled with compassionate support. In recent weeks the internal medicine team and staff on B4 for their kindness and exceptional care.

A family visitation including close family friends will be held Wed June 19, 2019 from 3pm to 4pm at the simple alternative funeral centre Pickering Ontario located at 1057 Brock Road, Pickering Ontario L1W 3T7, 905-686-5584.

The family requests in lieu of flower any memorial donations may be made to Sunnybrook foundation. Please specify the Kidney care clinic.
