Gary Donald Kyle
October 4, 1966 - April 25, 2025
With love and sadness, we share the passing of Gary Donald Kyle, who passed away on April 25, 2025, in Toronto at the age of 58. Born in East York, he was the cherished son of the late Stuart and Arlene, and a loving brother to Laurie.
Gary’s memory lives on through his five children — Nesha, Joshua, Samantha, Catryna, and Gary — and his ten beautiful grandchildren, who lovingly called him Popeye. He also leaves behind his former partner and close friend, Susan (Sue), along with extended family and friends who will miss him deeply.
For over 25 years, Gary worked as a general labourer, always willing to lend a hand. He found joy in the simple things — playing pool, listening to rock music, watching horror shows like Ghost Adventures, and caring for his pet rats, who were his companions through many seasons of life. Above all, he valued the connections he shared with his children, which remained meaningful through all of life’s ups and downs.
He will be remembered with love, and his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him - especially in the lives of his children and grandchildren, who carry his memory forward.
