GRAHAM, Tomoe Freida

Passed away peacefully at Scarborough Hospital on March 3, 2019 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her loving husband James (2012) and by her son Gerald (2003) and by her granddaughter Anna Michelle (2009). Adored mother of Sandra. Cherished Nana of Jessica, Thomas, Nathanael, Sarah. Great grandmother of Tobias. Tomoe will be dearly missed by relatives and friends from Japan as well.
