In memory of

Frederick Benjamin Sinanan

October 25, 1939 -  October 20, 2024

It is with heavy hearts, the Family share the passing of Frederick on October 20, 2024 in Burlington.
Survived by his beloved wife Rasheeda. Loving father to Sharon and Franklyn. Cherished “Papa Fred” to Alexander and Daniel. Proud great-grandfather to Angelica. Predeceased by his son-in-law Denesh Singh (2023).
Fred immigrated to Canada in 1969 and brought his family over to join him. He always loved his homeland of Trinidad and Tobago where we would make many trips back.

Fred was a hard worker, did various jobs including singing which was his passion. He became a welder by trade and head of Union which he was most proud of.

Fred was the life of the party, loved to sing, dance, tell jokes and play cards. Together his wife and him had a home always filled with family and friends. He spent last few years at Hampton Terrace where he was affectionately know as “Man in Red”, as it was the only color he would wear. His larger than life character will never be forgotten.

Fred will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by family and friends both in Canada and abroad.
