CHEONG, FRED QUON, Age 90, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2021 at home, in Toronto. Past Director and longtime member of the Lung Kong Tin Yee Association as well as a business owner of Starlight Laundry on the Danforth until he retired in January of 1995. Fred leaves behind his wife Big Fong, sons Henry (Irene), Harry (Betty) and Harvey (Kathy), daughters Helen (Vincent), Hannah (Tommy), and Holly (Ben) and his 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be closed to family members only. Physical distancing must be maintained at all times. Masks are mandatory while inside all facilities and while attending outdoor services or visiting interment rights.
