Frank grew up in the village of Petite Morne,Ste Madeleine and like many fellow villagers
worked at the Country's Sugar Company Caroni Limited as a welder.
He was also and avid body builder who loved showing off his
great physique which probably attracted his lovely deceased wife Oleene
who gave him five kids .

Frank decided on migrating to Canada in 1969 and soon gained employment
at Massy Ferguson Shaw and King Streets in downtown Toronto in his chosen
field as a welder working there for over three decades.
Like all immigrants at that time he was joined by his wife Oleene and his five
kids to begin a new life in Canada.
After many years as a resident of Toronto Frank and his family moved to Mississauga
Ontario back in the 80's and have been here ever since.
Frank a great father, grand and great grandfather was also a very good cook
who made the most delicious potato pies (Aloo pies), PigTail Soups , tasty Bakes
and Dhal pouri Rotis. Loved taking his grand daughter Ashley and niece Janine
to McDonalds for breakfast. When ever he had a few drinks would share some $ 5.00
Dollar bills to them. The best trait of Uncle Frankie was his story telling of well known Trini
tales. His sons who hibernated in the lower basement were informed of their telephone calls by
him banging on the floor .Frankie as he was known to all loved his hockey on a Saturday Night
most of all an avid sports fan who loved life, his family and friends.
