It is with heavy hearts that the Family announces the passing of Franciszek Pomietlarz on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto at the age of 69. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary Pomietlarz (2007). Beloved father to Arek, Betty, Mark and Agnes. Cherished and proud “Gadek” to Shawn, Nathan, Daniel, Jacob, Sophie, Ava, Ania and Great- grandfather to Miguel. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many family and friends.
Franciszek was a kind and giving soul. He was a devoted father to his children and always lent a helping hand to a friend in need. Franciszek retired last year from St. Joseph’s Health Centre after 37 years of dedicated service.
Friends will be received at The Meadowvale Funeral Centre, 7732 Mavis Road in Brampton on Thursday, June 17. Due to current restrictions, please contact the funeral home to be placed on a guest list. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 11am. Private Cremation to follow.
Franciszek will be reunited with his wife Mary at Assumption Cemetery.
