I was so saddened to hear of the passing of our dear Flo and send my sympathy and condolences to Steve. I first met Flo when I was a high school student over a game cards with my mother and a few other Steelcase ladies. Later I joined the Steelcase family as well and enjoyed working with Flo for many years. Rest in Peace.

I am so sad to hear of the passing of Flo. She was a valued friend and colleague at Steelcase for many years. As a friend Flo was funny, hard working and had a heart of gold. She was truly valued and respected by so many employees at Steelcase for her care and concern of them, their families and their needs. Flo played a large part in making Steelcase feel like a family. From her day to day work, to her involvement in so many employee events, she was truly a treasure and we were so luck to work with her. My condolences to Steve, she loved you so much and I know what a loss her passing is.
Rest in peace my dear friend. Sandy

I am so sorry to hear the passing of Flo. Like so many people who started to work at Steelcase, Flo was the first person who I met at Steelcase. She left with me a lasting impression then and up until her retirement. In working with Flo, I become so appreciative of what a special person she was. She was always efficient, diligent, caring and funny. She was a master at letting humor defuse tense situations. Flo always spoke her mind whenever she thought something was wrong, especially on behalf of the little guys. Most of the times, she was right. Over the years, Flo had helped so many people, whether with hiring, benefits, pension, training, social events or staying in touch with retirees. Flo made Steelcase a special place to work. I know that many people appreciated what Flo did for them. I am certainly one of them. Flo, rest in peace.
