The family of Esther Nishmas is deeply saddened to announce her death on Sunday June 1st at Mckenzie Health in Richmond Hill in her 97th year, peacefully after a lengthy illness.

Predeceased by her daughter Elaine, her brother's Leo and David. Survived by her life partner of 34 years, Donald Simpson, her granddaughter Sara Lafontaine-Lisi and her great granddaughter Avianna. Her stepchildren Lee-Ann (David Galea) Vicki (Keith Brewer) Debbie (Douglas Graham) Step grandchildren Donna, Kelly, Hannah, Hailey, Samantha.

The celebration of life will take place on Saturday July 19th at the Thornhill Seniors Centre, located at 7755 Bayview Ave from 2-4 pm.
