In memory of

Emmanuel Vovos

December 19, 1946 -  July 12, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Emmanuel Vovos at the age of 73; beloved father, grandfather and husband to the late Aspasia on Friday July 12th, 2019 at his home.
Emmanuel will be remembered by his sons Dimos (Heather), Spiros (Ida) and daughter Andrea (Angelo) along with his three grandchildren Austin, Aspasia and Gabriel.
Dad - your life's journey has come to an end and now you have transitioned peacefully into Christ's loving arms. As you enter your new heavenly home, may you rest in peace for which you truly deserve. We love you always, may your memory be eternal and may God be with you.

GOD'S GARDEN

God looked around his garden
And he found an empty place
He then looked down upon his earth
And saw your tired face.

He put his arms around you,
And lifted you to rest
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.

He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.

He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills are hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered “Peace be Thine”

It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

To the whole Vovos Family,

I am so very sorry for the loss of your dad! He truly was a very special and kind hearted man! Whether it was the wave from the driveway when he saw me pull in, or the hello and kind words he had when I walked the dog past your house or when he would see me out shovelling the driveway and come by with the snowblower and tell me not to tell my dad he helped so I could take the credit! Fernway definitely won't be the same now! Sending you all my condolences and love during this difficult time!
