It is with great sadness and a profound sense of loss our family announces Elio’s peaceful passing on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Scarborough Grace Hospital at the age of 78. Cherished husband of Nada for 55 years. Loving father of Johnny. Proud nonno of Nicholas, Jacob and Jordan. Survived by his sisters Adelia Monsalvi, Ornella Barrett and Marinella Black. Elio will be dearly missed by his entire extended family and all those who knew him.

For the safety of family and friends, a private service and entombment will be held at Pine Hills Cemetery

Elio was my parents’ next door neighbour for many years. He was a kind man and always had a wave and a hello for me whenever I visited. He was also very good to my parents and they all shared a love of their gardens. He will be missed. May he Rest In Peace. To Nada and family go our sincerest condolences.
