May 7, 1941 -  November 24, 2020

Loving wife, mother and grandmother Eleftheria Tourountzas (Stergiannis) passed away peacefully, after a long battle with Dementia, at home with her family by her side on November 24th, 2020 at the age of 79. Survived by her husband Kosta, children Petros(Lisa), Greg (Mary) and Maria, grandchildren Angelo, Johnny and Athina. Predeceased by her loving parents Dimitri and Dimitria and siblings Kosta and Leni. She immigrated to Canada in August 1966 with her husband and their son Petros. She took great pride in becoming a Supervisor through hard work and dedication.Eleftheria loved to sing and dance to Macedonian and Greek music, tend to her beautiful garden and enjoyed going on her downton Toronto shopping excursions . Most importantly and above all, she loved watching and helping in raising her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donatation can be made in memory of Eleftheria Tourountzas to the Alzheimer Society of Canada
