Passed away peacefully on Sunday May 14, 2017 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences at the age of 64. Loving wife of Clarence for 39 years. Cherished mom of Phillip (Tiffany), and Loretta Carruthers (Shawn). Devoted grandmother of Brandon, Brianna, Matthew, and Marcus. Special sister of Norman, Debbie, Joann, and Hoss (deceased). Elaine will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Family and friends can be received at Pine Hills Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Road on Friday May 19, 2017 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Elaine's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Donations in Elaine's honor can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Princess Margaret Hospital or Sunnybrook Health Sciences.
