July 25, 1957 - March 16, 2023

Died suddenly on March 16, 2023 at the age of 65. Recently retired from Havergal College she leaves behind husband David of 43 years of marriage;. daughter Shauna and her husband Bill (BT) and granddaughter Laylah; and son Iain. Survived by mother Jean Ashbridge. Celebration of life will be held at the family trailer this summer. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation . Our beloved wife, mother, daughter and friend joins her father Charlie in Heaven. She will be missed dearly and will be loved forever.

I met Elaine when I first started working at Havergal College in 2010. We didn't work in the same department, but we often had lunch together in the school's dining room. I enjoyed hearing stories about her family, especially her granddaughter, who she was so fond of. It was always a pleasure talking to Elaine and it was evident how important her family was to her. I am so sad to hear of her passing and I send my best wishes to her family.

Elaine was a wonderful woman. Always stopped to talk when we would see each other and she always had something funny to say. She will be missed dearly. My heartfelt condolences to Mr. Morrison, Gran, Shauna,BT, Iain and Miss Laylah.
