It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Ninang- Debbie Inocencion. She passed away last Friday September 15 at 2.12pm surrounded by her loving husband, Paquito and family.

We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Toronto Western Hospital for the amazing care they provided our beloved Ninang Debbie.

A memorial service will take place on October 1 from 4pm- 8pm at Pine Hills Cemetery.
