July 20, 1933 -  December 29, 2022

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Earle Ross Pickering. Born in Toronto, July 21st, 1933 to Earle and Gladys Pickering. He passed peacefully December 29th, 2022 at home with his wife Una (nee Logie) of 65 years by his side. Loving father of David (Susan), Karen (Billy) and Jennifer (predeceased). Proud grandfather to Aynsley, Jonathan, Shannon, Carling, Taylor and Sarah.
Loving brother to Donna, and predeceased by his sisters Doreen, Sandra, Diane and brother Ken.
Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Earle was a respected long time employee of the Ministry of Transportation for 38 years and had great interests in all sports. Friends may call at The SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga on Monday January 9, 2023 from 10 - 11 a.m., a Memorial Service will follow at 11 a.m. Instead of flowers, donations of your choice or to the Toronto Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Earl’s kindness to us since we moved in 20 plus years ago will forever engraved in our hearts. Our family have so many kind and nice memories of him that will be warmly kept in our “Treasure Chest”. May Eternal Light shine upon him. We will always miss him.
